At Marquis Enclave, we welcome your four-legged companions and have designed our pet-friendly apartments in Midtown Houston with both comfort and convenience in mind.
Your dog will have room to run and socialize at our off-leash fenced-in dog park, a dedicated space designed for safe play and daily exercise. Whether it’s an early-morning walk or an afternoon play session, having an on-site dog park means less time commuting and more time enjoying moments together. After a fun day outside, the pet washing station offers a convenient way to clean up muddy paws and keep your home fresh.
Marquis Enclave’s Midtown location adds another layer of pet-friendly appeal. Tree-lined sidewalks, nearby green spaces, and walkable streets make daily walks enjoyable for both you and your pet. With nearby cafes, parks, and pedestrian-friendly routes, it’s easy to incorporate your pet into your everyday routine.

Pet Friendly
All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.
Breed Restrictions
Breed Restricted Dogs (includes any mixed breed of list): Chow , Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canarias, Rottweiler. No exotic animals.
Weight Limits
We know furry companions come in all shapes and sizes. With NO weight restrictions, we won't make your pet step on the scale in order to feel at home in our community.
Pet Fees
We understand how important pets are to our residents, and the fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. A non-refundable $300 pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent is required for each pet.
